Mr. Rosin earned his BA in diplomatic history at the University of Pennsylvania with a minor in political science, graduating magna cum laude. He subsequently earned his juris doctor at the New York University School of Law.

As an associate with Day, Berry, and Howard in Boston in the late 1990s, he focused on employment litigation matters. Mr. Rosin then spent approximately 2 years clerking for the Honorable Kevin Thomas Duffy in the Southern District of New York. Mr. Rosin next joined the New York firm Skadden-Arps, where he shifted his litigation focus to mergers and acquisitions, as well as general business law. Then, returning to Boston in 2001, he accepted a position as an associate with Foley & Lardner in 2001 (then, Epstein, Becker & Green, Boston). There, he earned promotion to partner status in 2005. Before joining his current firm in 2018, Jeffrey Rosin was a partner at Constangy, Brooks, Smith, and Prophete for nearly a decade, where he focused on employment and franchise litigation and helped form and chair the franchise industry practice group.
